Returns and Sourcing Disputes

Due to the nature of global B2B sourcing and manufacturing, custom manufactured goods (OEM/ODM) are generally non-refundable once production has commenced. We strongly encourage utilizing our rigorous testing and golden sample verification processes before approving mass production runs.

Defective Goods

If our designated inspectors miss critical defects that fall outside the agreed-upon tolerances, Soursira will mediate disputes with the factory directly to secure a partial refund or remanufacturing of the defective batch.

Logistics and Delays

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by customs hold-ups, severe weather events, or carrier failures. Refunds are not issued for transit delays. In the event of a lost shipment during transit, our support team will assist you in filling the necessary cargo insurance claims to recover the value of the goods.
